Need help with Schedito? This page explains how to contact our team, what information to include in a support request, and where to find assistance with booking calendars, account access, subscriptions, and external services.
1. Contact support
Send your request to support@schedito.com. You can also call +386 70 179 333 during support hours. Email is the preferred channel for technical requests because it lets us review the details and follow up.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (Slovenia local time, CET/CEST), excluding Slovenian public holidays.
Maximum initial response time: within two business days. This is a commitment to provide an initial reply, not a guaranteed resolution time. Requests received outside support hours will be handled during the next business period.
2. What to include in your request
To help us investigate efficiently, include your Schedito workspace or organization name, a concise description of the issue, the steps that led to it, the approximate date and time (with time zone), and any relevant error messages. Screenshots are welcome if they do not disclose sensitive information.
Security: Do not send passwords, OAuth client secrets, access or refresh tokens, API keys, payment-card details, or unnecessary personal data by email. We will never need your account password to investigate a support request.
3. Booking calendars and appointments
We can help with creating calendars and services, assigning resources, setting working hours and availability rules, configuring booking widgets, and investigating booking or notification issues. If the problem concerns a particular booking, provide a reference and relevant timing details where available, but avoid sending customer details that are not needed for troubleshooting.
4. External services and online meetings
Schedito supports connecting external services for supported calendar and online-meeting functions. Google Meet and Zoom meeting generation are available on Schedito plans including Free; external calendar synchronization is a separate Pro feature.
For connection problems, tell us which provider you are using, whether the issue occurred during authorization or afterward, and any error message shown in Schedito. Connection settings can be managed from Schedito's backoffice under External Services.
If you disconnect a provider, Schedito will no longer be able to perform new actions that require its authorization until you reconnect it. Existing booking and meeting records may remain subject to Schedito's booking lifecycle and retention rules. For questions about connection removal or associated data, contact support.
For Zoom-specific setup, see our Zoom Integration Documentation, including instructions for connecting, using, disconnecting, and troubleshooting the integration. You can also contact support for assistance.
5. Accounts and subscriptions
Contact us if you encounter problems registering, signing in, managing workspace access, or using your plan's features. For paid subscriptions, include the workspace name and a non-sensitive payment reference if available.
Paid subscription payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. For payment, cancellation, and refund information, see our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
6. Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions or requests to exercise personal-data rights, email support@schedito.com and describe your request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request involving personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
